Negative final pay

Good day,
Hingi lang po ng advice tungkol sa final pay,
Resigned last feb 12, 2018 and after computation lumabas na negative 18k ung deductions without any loans or type of bonds. And explanation po nila dahil daw po sa VL/SL na ginamit ko at the last month ng pag work will be VL and SL without pay. Last pay ko po natangap ay salary for december 2017 last cutoff and january 1st cutoff since january 12, 2018 po ako nag resign. And since new working year na may new 15 VL and SL ako. After pag napasa na resignation na used up ko majority of VL since nakalagay sa contract SL lang prorated and thingking VL is not and valid lahat kc approved nmn ng dati kong sup and manager. Tama po ba na final pay should compose of january 15 to feb 15, 2018 kasi un na lang hindi nabigay saken na pay and then pagkakita dun sa computations they deducted all VL and SL from time frame of january 15 to feb 12 and wala ung sa computations ung pinasok ko. Should i file a complaint and if dapat po ba may ma convert sa VL. Thanks po

tama yung employer, ginamit mo yung vl/sl but since resigned ka ng feb 12 you are only entitled to 1.5 vl

Pero tama po ba na gawing deductions ung VL/SL kahit without pay po un, considering all of them were used january 15 onwards, since wala wala pa nmn ako na crecredit nakahold kc salaries ko after nagbigay ko ung resignation letter january 12. They said absence without pay is over payment but wala pa naman sila nabibigay saken salary for january 15 -31 cutoff or feb 1 - 12 or any in advance. It says VL without pay -8xxx and SL -3xxx. Diba po dapat zero lang un? Since without pay naman xa kahit nagamit ko and what happened sa mga pinasok ko since hndi sinama sa computations i have cguro mga 10 days of work. Thanks po sa answer

para maintindihan natin ng mabuti, since january ano ang araw na pinasok mo at anong araw absent ka? magkano ang nakuha mo? for which dates na apply ang leaves

I cant remember po which dates but sa computation states 13 VL withoutpay and 3.5 SL without pay used from january 15- feb12 the rest pumasok po ako for turnover, hold po salary ko kaya wala po ako natanggap. Last na natanggap ko ay januar 1-15 based sa last payslip ko. Since employee portal nakikita un pati dtr hndi ko na makita ung specific dates ng leaves

bakit nila i dededuct kung hindi naman binigay sayo?

Ask for a computation para makita mo kung tama or mali ba.
