I am separated from my husband for 15 years and we do not have any communication since then with no financial support to my 3 children. I don't know his whereabouts. we don't have prenuptial agreement. I want to purchase a property and afraid that he might have a claim over that property when time comes. What legal documents should i provide to avoid it.

You have to go to court and file a case for legal separation or a case for judicial separation of property.
