Arresto Menor

I resigned as a probationary employee (5mos) in a company. I made sure that i was able to pass all the requirements before resigning just to make sure that there will be no problem in the future. However, it has been almost a year and i haven't received my final pay yet. what should i do? i already asked for a follow up but there's no response yet. Is there any legal step to take? Is it possible to penalize the company for this matter?
