Hi,

Would just like seek for an advise regarding my current situation.

I have signed a contract last October 20 and was supposed to start working by November 20. Unfortunately i have received an unexpected offer from a different company.

I have sent an email to the employer stating that i am already retracting on the contract.

Would there be any leal implications on this?

You said you signed the contract, so madali lang sa kanila ma-establish yung employment mo. Whether nagsimula ka na magwork o hindi, hindi na yun mahalaga kasi meron nang valid contract between sa inyo ng employer mo.
