This is to inquire with regard to retraction of resignation. One of our employees expressed that she wants to attend a course that would run for 2 months. Since this is not illness-related, she was not granted to file this as indefinite leave. Her next option is to resign. But she wants to play safe. The course that she wants to join is on a first-come, first served basis. She's asking if it is possible to retract her resignation if ever she doesn't get to join the seminar. I know that it is really possible to retract a resignation but my question is, should it be within the 30-day notice? And if she wants to retract, it would still be subject for approval by the Management, right? Hope you can help me. Thank you.
