Pwede po ba mag bigay ng new job description ang department head? When i was employed i signed a jd na galing po sa hr.. And then after a few years a new jd came down then pinapirma po kami ng supervisors namin.. Marami po nadagdag na task, new obligations and additional accountabilities. Is it legal po ba na gawin nila un? Thnx po sa mag aadvice

Kasi sir.. I applied for audio tech and then biglang isinali po yung driving just to make it legal ung suspension everytime may accident po sa sasakyan.. For example na bangga.. And madalas po ikaso samin is damage to company property then suspension.

unfortunately if meron kang drivers license legal yung ginawa nila kasi hindi mo maitanggi na marunong ka mag drive. If sa start palang sinabi mo na hindi ka marunong magdrive hindi ka nila pwedeng pilitin

Pag hindi po kami nag drive may kaso din po ulit sa amin which is insubordination and suspension po ulit. Kaya wala po kami nagawa and sumunod. Is there an abuse po sa rights namin?

yes hindi kayo pwedeng tumanggi kung marunong kayo. pwede lang kayo tumanggi kung hindi kayo marunong. Kung may drivers license ka ito ay patunay na marunong kang mag drive. Walang abuse dyan. Karapatan ng companya yan.

Pero ang alam ko po may process.. They should give us travel order kasi po company marked vehicle po yung ginagamit namin.. Tama po ba ko dun?

internal rules na yan. nasa companya na kung pano nila gustong gawin. Katulad ng company namin. Wala kaming travel order. Lahat samin ay based lang sa utos ng supervisor. Authority nya ang nag govern.
