Good Day!
Im working for a private company for 7 months now as part of their operations team and on my 8th month, they reassigned me at the back office working as a marketing without any formal letter to the hr or a contract telling that i was already promoted as a marketing staff.
Should I be liable for any damages that the company may incur during my period of being a pseudo-markting staff?
Can i immediately resign if i feel that the work that im doing is already beyond my job description?
Thank you

you can resign but you have to render a 30 day notice period
