Arresto Menor

Hi, bumili po kasi ng lupa ung parents ko. 200 sq.meters.. ung may ari sinukat ung lupa at inadvise na dun sila magtayo ng bahay at bakuran... nalaman namin na ung nasa likod namin eh nakapagpatitulo at sakop pala kalahati ng lupa namin sa titulo nila... pano po ang bahay namin na naitayo na? sa contact wala po technical description may habol po ba kami sa ginastos sa bahay na pinatayo kapag sinakop na ng may titulo ung lupa namin? thanks
