Good day,
i would like to ask about one issue regarding the meralco bill on the house of my now deceased Grandmother. Her meralco bill has been always 300 php monthly since 3 years. i would like to ask if we were to tell meralco about this one, who will pay for the balance of the electricity bill. The owner of the house or the people living there? The owner of the house lives abroad and only the house is named after him.
