Good day Atty.! I have an ongoing case (Rape through sexual assault) and I want to get a NBI clearance as a requirement for a job. Can I still get my NBI clearance? And if I can get it, what will be the possible indications of that NBI clearance? Will the employer still accept me for the job with my NBI clearance?
