Hi guys! just want to ask if i can still apply for a call center job even i have an ongoing case? i went to nbi and talked to someone from quality control that if i will get a clearance from then it will show on my nbi clearance that there is an ongoing case that was filed against me. it's 5 years now and the case still ongoing. i never did anything wrong, thats the truth but still the case was filed against me because the complainant wants to ruin my life. please help me, dont know what to do. i dont know if call centers will accept people that have ongoing cases like me.

you can apply and you should be truthful if asked why your nbi record has remarks. it will be up to the employer whether they will accept you.
