Resignation not accepted by manager while a case with HR is ongoing

I hope somebody can help me.

I'm working as a call center agent for 2 years.
Nagkaron po ako ng "call avoidance" case last October 17, 2013 pero ngayon lang ako naghearing sa HR.

Nagfile na po ako ng resignation letter yesterday, dated November 27 --- pero dineclare ko na ang rendering period ko is November 29 - December 29 2013.

Pagkatapos ng hearing, sinabi ko sa HR na nagfile na ako ng resignation and start ko ng rendering tomorrow (Nov 29).

Sabi ng HR, ipoproceed pa din nila yung investigation and if ever magkaron sila ng decision within 2 weeks. Pag ang decision daw sila na Termination, iteterminate nila ako within 30 days kahit resign na ako.

Ayaw pirmahan ng manager ko yung resignation letter dated November 27 kasi daw nagiintay pa ng decision ng HR.

that's normal, you still have a pending case, after investigation they can terminate you so your resignation will be invalid.
