Arresto Menor

Good Day! Any legal advice on what to do? Our house have been raided and planted grenade, yes, planted by the police of a Rifle Grenade. It was just on the top of our cabinet with no cover or box as they "SAW IT". They held my parents in the room so they are not aware of what was happening outside the room. It is very clear that it was planted because it does not belong to my father. PLEASE HELP.
