Good day po. Will I be charged for libel even if my statement posted in facebook is true? my post was asking for a help to find this certain person because he issued a bounced check. i was having a hard time finding this person because all of his numbers are unreachable, he blocked me at facebook, and the home address he presented to me is not his home but its his gf. i hope you could give me an advise. thank you

No because that is an exercise of your right being the victim of a bounced check.

ask ko lang po nakatanggap kasi ako ng barangay summon nakalagay dun sinabi ko raw sa isang kagawad namin hindi nia ginagawa trabaho niya bilang kagawad incidents happen, in april 13 baka nag-ugat po to ung comment ko sa facebook nung april 14 na sinabi ko dapat alam ng tita mo responsibilities niya bilang kagawad at bilang parents
wala naman akong binangit na pangalan niya sana mapayuhan nio ako dapat kung gawin

Public servant need not be onioned skin.. ibig sabihin, dapat tanggapin nila lahat ng critism laban sa kanila whether positive or negative.
