can i be charged of ESTAFA? (need help)

i had lended an amount of 13,000plus from a private individual lender. my due was last sept 9,. but i was not able to pay on time... she ask me to pay last saturday, september 17,2011. i texted her i will send the money that day, the amount of interest for that month plus a 2,000 to be deducted from the principal amount... she monitored me the whole day, but beCause of reasons i was not able to send the money that day. she thought i cheated / deceived her... she talks bad, and because of that i did not tried to tx her back because i know her mind was closed and would not listen to any of my explanation dat time... she txted profane things, and call me names like satanas, manloloko, manggaganstu... and even threaten to sue me in court.. estafa daw, and she'l put me in jail... i know my rights about fair collection of debts, but wat i did last strday ba, can lead to estafa..?

failure to pay a debt is not a crime.
