paano po makipag-areglo sa fiscals office about sa isang crime case... na ang respondents po ay 5 people pero isa lang po ang iaareglo? pwede po ba yon?

idol if both parties involved thereto agreed to submit their differences to an ammicable settlement in Police precint but inadvised pa rin nmin na sa barangay cla pummunta kasi un ung proper and lawful based on Rep.act 7160..Valid po ba ung sttlement nila and di kaya malagay ung pulis s asunto n mgrecord sa blotter book e in goodfaith lang naman gnwa nia..

the complainant has to be willing to issue an affidavit of desistance before the prosecutor stating that the person was not involved at all in the crime.
