Hi po, individually paying po ako monthly from July 2014 until Sept 2015 then skipped from Oct to Dec 2015. Then nagcontinue na naman po from January until March 2016 then after that wala na pong payments.
Ang question ko po pwede pa po ba bayaran yung from Oct to Dec 2015, and what are the consequences na hindi na po ako nakapagbayad since March 2016? I was employed this January 2017 but found out wala pa ring payments na napopost since then until now. I am just not sure if it's the company's fault or Philhealth's.
