Arresto Menor

Good day!

We'd like some advice on what to do. My wife gave birth last November 8, 2016 and upon settling our bill, the hospital said they cannot use my PhilHealth benefit because of non-contribution. I started working in TaskUs Inc back in the months of 2013. They were unlawfully deducting from me if they were not remitting it to the proper agency. The hospital adviced me to get a contribution statement from the company and they will see if they can reimburse the amount that was supposedly deducted. I went to the company's HR Department and they advised me to sit back and they'll take it from there. PhilHealth has only given us 60days to file a Motion for Reconsideration because they no longer do reimbursement except for special cases. Now, our 60days are up, with proper follow up, the company didn't do anything. We went back to PhilHealth and told us that the company should've provided financial assistance in such case wherein they are remitting the money to the government agency at a very late schedule. We felt like filing a case against the company. If they continue to deduct from me and we won't be able to use that benefit, I really think it's becoming unlawful.

Please advice. Thanks in advance.

ask for a contribution statement from your company. sometimes it philhealths records that aren't up to date. it shouldn't be considered a motion for reconsideration if philhealth ang at fault.
if ayaw kang bigyan, you can file a complaint via philhealth

if fault ng employer, they are required to reimburse the payment of a properly filed claim

opo, galing na kami ng philhealth kaso sa dole po kami pinapupunta which is confusing dahil nagkaproblema kami sa agency nila and sa company.. kumbaga nagtuturuan na ang hospital and philhealth. di namin alam san kami pwedeng lumapit. dapat sana nagpapadala philhealth ng officer to check if compliant ang mga companies sa pagreremmit
