I gave birth to my first child when I was 19, same age as my partner. Information on my son's birth certificate was provided by my partner. He told them that we were married and provided our date of marriage as Sept. 13, 2000 and I gave birth Sept. 14, 2000. Thinking that he won't be able to use his last name so he gave out false information. It has been my problem ever since on how to fix it because on my other childrens b.c., my status is "NOT MARRIED." What should I do? We're no longer together and he legally married another woman already. Please help.
