Me and my husband got married with the help of my uncle with connection on municipyo.Dinaya nmin ang age ng husband q he was 19 y/o but in the contract he was 23 y/o and dineclare din nmin n 5years n kmi nagsasama kea wla kmi marriage licence. Valid po b un n dinaya nmin ung information para makasal lang kmi mei 1y/o baby n rin kmi. Pwede ko b ipakorek s NSO ung age nya para maging valid tlga?Please help

This is the consequence in tampering the information, sooner or later magkaproblema rin kayo.

Anyway, i would suggest to leave it alone na lang, total the presumption of validity of your marriage is at your side naman, UNLESS, magsampa kayo ng annulment or nullity of marriage.

Dont worry, in my opinion, valid naman ang kasal nyo.

**This is for practical side(practice) and not for BAR purposes.

Gusto namin ipacorrect ang age ng husband ko sa Marriage Cert. namin,para di kami magkaproblema. ano ang dapat nmin gawin?magiging null ba ang kasal nmin pagpinakorek nmin ang age nya?

ng pakasal po kami last 2005 but that time blanko po ung first name ng birth ko since nagmamadali po ung asawa ko na makasal kami sya po mismo ang ng type ng first name ko sa birth ko at pinaxerox at yung xerox ang pinasang requirments sa munisipyo,,but ndi ng tagal ang marraige nmin we are now seperated for 7yrs at nung 2010 ko lang napaayus ung name ko sa nso..consider po bang null and void ung kasal namin???pls help me...thanks
