Ask ko lang po, kung ground for dismissal or termination ang newly hired employee( 10 months in the company pa lang) kapag nalaman na ung resume na pinasa niya nung nag aaply eh dinaya niya say sinabi nia may experience sa ganito job pero wala man pala or nag work sa ganitong company pero hindi nman pala. Pati yung mga cetificate of employment ay fake din. Pede po ba matanggal kahit na maganda na ung performance nung employee na nandaya ng resume?

If you can prove your accusation maybe, but if not? producing resume/cv is not ilegal but producing fake documents, depends when this was produced as there's statue of limitations on falsification of public documents. People often submit invented resume/cv to impress the company they are applying to and recommendation letters can be easily provided through people who knows the person. But if the person can prove he/she is doing his/her job. That will be depend on the employer if they want to keep him/her.
