Hello Atty. Kc po ang co-teacher ko pinapasign ng termination letter but she refused to signed. Corporal Punishment is a grave offense sabi ng HR dept. We have CCTV inside the classroom but when we saw the video, pinatayo niya ang mga bata because sobra ingay at madisiplina and mga ito. Ano po ang dapat gawin at kung maylaban po ba siya dahil disnismis siya agad at wala man lang abiso.

Good morning Atty. Ang co teacher ko po at 15 years in service then dahil po isang deciplinary act na ginawa "Ang pinatayo Ang buong klase dahil maiingay." ay makatwiran? Meron po b siyang Laban o maymakukuha kapalit ng pagterminate sa kanya. Saan po ba siya pwedeng sumangguni? Salamat po.

Un po nasa video pinatayo mga bata at meron din na tinulak ng teacher yun bata at bumagsak po kya Ang ground daw ay corporal punishment. Its a grave offense kaya terminate ang teacher. Meron p ba siyang pwede magawa kc 15 years in service siya?
