Gusto ko po kasi magpa dismember sa union sa company,pero our union threatened me na iteterminate po ako ng company if umalis ako sa union base daw po sa agreement ng union and company., is it possible po ba yung claim ng union namin?

basahin ang CBA muna kung merong mga patakaran tungkol dyan.

pwede ka rin malipat sa ibang trabaho at department ng kumpanya kung saan bawal sumapi sa unyon (tulad ng HR, atbp)

Atty kasi sabi po ng union namin is per bracket po ung makukuhang signing bonus depende sa year of service, kasi po dati equal po lahat.
