Can I resign to my job even if I'm still in a 3 year contract but I almost finish my first year ...??? thanks for your answers

Yes you can resign.

Subject to the following conditions:

1. The company will accept the resignation.
2. You pay any costs or damages involved with the 3 year contract (bond, etc) for what is basically a breach of contract.

And you will still have broken your contract and will be liable for any damages.

so its better to file a resignation letter .. and pay for the damages? is it possible to pay the damage in an installment basis?
