I work in BPO and the company has its own policy that overtime should be a minimum of 30mins before it gets paid.
For example, you exceeded like 20mins after your shift because you were still on a call, then it will not be paid.
This policy is clearly stated on their handbook.
Is this legal?
Can we file a complaint against it?
