Legal po ba na pag nag ot ka ang bayad lang sayo is 30 mins to 1 hour,pag less than 30 minute.OTY lang!Depende po ba yun sa company policy?may nakasaad po ba na anything exceedeed sa working hours ay dapat paid?Thanks po ng marami.

Thanks yun nga alam ko buti na lang nagresigned na q dun.Btw,yung mga call center na legal kailangan ba member ng call center assoc of the phil na tinatawag?

As lang as approved yun OT mo. Dapat may bayad yun. required to work OT.
Pero kung halimbawa nagstay ka lang na hindi naman talaga required, hindi talaga mababayaran.
Kase minsan yun ibang employee di maiiwasan at hindi naman lahat, nagsstay lang nakikipagtsikahan
tapos more that 1 hour pa sa opisina. Mad
