Bank loan and collecting agency jurisdiction

Good day po, would like to seek advice po. May unpaid loan po ako sa Security Bank with outstanding balance 18k since 2011. Our family really had a tough financial troubles kaya po after paying several amortization i failed to update the payment. Wanted to settle na po sana ng hulugan kaya lang hindi ko po kaya yung amount na dinedemand nila na 1 time payment of 63K. and their collecting agency harassed us already by calling sa baranggay and telling them na may warrant of arrest na po ako causing terible emotional stress sa father ko pleae help po is there any way na maibaba po yung money dahil 63k po wala po ako kukuhanan or even uutangan nun ulit na naman i could not stabilized my finance lalo na kung pipilitin nila ko.. i can provide proof na hindi ko po tlga kaya yun. kaya nga po nangutang ako dati
