Good Day po ! Nakakuha kami ng Letter of Guarantee ( L.O.G. ) from bank , at na submit ito sa developer kaso d nila na - transfer ang title sa banko for unknown reason. -dispute kami ng developer ngayon at ung penalty ay pinapataw nila sa amin ay d namin mattanggap dahil expire ang LOG na 1 year.

Then xpire ang LOG ,Fault nila ! dapat tapos na ang transaction namin ng developer. at nasa banko na.

Nag karoon kami ng pera . Gusto naming bayaran ang Principal sa developer kaso nagpataw sila ng penalty , Bakit ? Legal ba po yun..?

Dapat bang may penalty ang principal amount namin since fault nila yung hindi pag tra transfer mg title to bank


May pag asa po ba kami na manalo sa sitwasyon namin dahil gusto namin na principal lang ang dapat bayaran between developer at kami..???
