Good Day,
I have a Housing Bank Loan of 2.1m and I pay almost 500t for interest and principal,due to lost of my job abroad, I cannot continue to pay my bank loan and to surrender it to the Bank for forclosure.I saw the loan agreement between me and the bank state that in event of foreclosure that I need to pay a 25% attorneys fee of claim amount..Please help me to understand the Bank Loan agreement even I will surrender the property to the bank,Do i have a liability of attorneys fee for forclosure and what I am going to do with this if I dont have money to pay for this amount.I lost the property and the money that I pay for the last 3 years and in event of foreclosure I have the liability to pay the attorneys fee?please give me some advise for this burden of truth of foreclosure house?Thank you so much ....
