Arresto Menor

I have a friend po na 4 months na nagtatrabaho sa isang company. Pinatawag po sya ng hr regarding sa result ng background investigation. Meron sya dismissed case(shoplifting) at inamin nya po yun sa HR nung pinatawag sya. Then, binigyan sya ng NTE.. Ang nakalagay po dun ay For Termination : disclosure of criminal charges at breach of trust and confidence.. Kung sakali po na tatangalin sya dahil dun.. Legal po ba yun? Since inamin nya naman na meron sya dismissed case nung pinatawag sya pero di nya lang po nabanggit during pre employment process.

Dapat binanggit nya iyon sa simula pa lang, lalo na kung tinanong sa mga application forms.

Have you been convicted, pleaded guilty or no contest to a crime, or are criminal charges pending against you? If ganyan po ang tanong, dapat po ba 'yes' ang sagot? Dismissed po case yung case kasi nadaan sa settlement..
