good morning atty

ask ko lang kinausap ako ngaun ng management na nalulugi na daw sila sa pag sahod sa akin kasi naman di nila ako mahanapan ng position na puede nilang ibigay. ang set up they want me to resign 6 months na po ako sa company and 3 months probation po ako. then 2 months babayaran daw nila salary ko kahit di na ako pumasok basta i will give them my resignation.

Ask them to put their offer in writing para safe ka.

Kung nalulugi sila dapat mag file sila ng notice sa DOLE para makapag-implement ng retrenchment program. Patunayan nila na nalulugi nga sila.

kasi when he talked to me yesterday sabi nya " the company cannot pay you for that big amount, since the project for mandarin translation didnt go that well." then this morning follow up ko reply nila sa usapan namin di ako sinagot since yesterday. naka hang ako ngaun

this is not the proper procedure, but you will receive the same amount as if they would give you 30 day notice and separation pay.

sila pa po ang nag sabi na tanggapin ko lang ung offer then no need to go to work na di na po ako pumasok ngaun tapos nag email sila na still waiting for the admin decision daw pero ung usapan kahapon parang kulang nalang po palayasin na nila ako sa office tapos nung nag agree ako ganito naman ung sinabi FYI lang ung buong office namin controlado ng mga french kahit na mali na nila sa pinoy parin ung bintang

just get the money and whatever they will give you. Ask for a certificate of employment. Wag ka na mag labor kasi aabutin ka lang ng syam syam dun.Just look for another work.Wala kang magagawa kung ayaw na ng employer mo mag negosyo pa.
