Need advise ako po ay isang project base employee ako po ay ma force leave after 30days dahil ang project namin or ung department namin ay inilipat sa probinsya.kaya kaming naiwan dito ay wala nang gagawin dahil ang trabaho namin ay dinala nga sa probinsya nag hire sila ng mga tao dun para gumawa ng trabaho namin. pagkatapos nun ay lahat kami na naiwan dito ay na force leave. hindi naman nawala ang project namin tama ba na i force leave kami ng employer namin?.dapat bang panagutin ang employer namin ?.

what i meant is.. anong sabi nang company.. after nang forced leave nyo? that's the same as putting you on floating status..

Issuing force leave memo has corresponding reasons duly approved by DOLE. Check first with your HR if it was approved with DOLE. And if so, ask DOLE if your case will be fall under reasons to file force leave.

yeah DOLE was consider to force leave the employee in case of compny decrease of volume of the project but in our case the project was totally strong and big project..if they not transfer it to bacolod we still have work
