Just raise up my concern po .. I am a regular employee of our company and I serve them for 3 years , marami na po ako naging memo which I have received a penalized done naman po minor case naman po, this year they give me 3 memo and a preventive suspension for 1 month, gaya po ng ginawa nila sa ibang kasamahan q pinag force resignation n lng sila ..instead of termination .. Pumayag cla kc natatakot cla.. Question po .. On our next hearing po at pinilit po aq mag force resignation may karapatan po b ako tumanggi or mag demand na lng n termination instead? Please advice po thanks po ?
