My sister adviced our boss that she will resign this dec. rightaway they told her na she needs to sign papers that says she will be forced to resign? is that valid? should there be a ground? kailangan bang sign nya talaga papers na yun? wala rin naman syang pinirmahan na contract for some reasons?
