Force resignation

Attorneys nais ko po humingi ng advice sa previous job ko po ay pinilit akong mag resign ng aking dept. Head. Hindi po maayos ang trato nya sa akin at nagsinungaling pa po siya na napagusapan na nila into ng manager namen pero nung Naka usap ko po yung manager namen at halatang Di po nya Alam na pinagreresign ako ng aking Dept. Head. Nagpasa po ako sa HR ng resignation letter nilagay ko po ang totoong dahilan pero pilit po nila itong pinababago regular employee po ako attorney sa tingin nyo po ba dapat ko na itong idulog sa dole?

Ipa-receive mo lang yang kopya ng resignation letter mo at umalis ka na. Yan kopya mo ang ebidensya mo kapag iba kinalabasan ng separation mo sa kumpanaya.

@HrDude Sir, kung ang tema ng resignation letter mo ay napilitan ka lang mag resign, malakas na evidence na po ba yun para masabing forced resignation ang nangyari? Thank you

Ang posible evidence ko po ang sumusunod:
- denied consideration (text message from hr)
-un notarized resignation letter na inaccept nila
-final warning agreement (lowered from grave)
-6 months floating status
-no assurance to be reinstated on the same account
-6 months counseling

Ang dineny po nila sakin is yung consideration for my counseling with the doctor. Ang request ko po magkaron ng advance notice dahil manggagaling po ako ng Mindoro.

Nag agree po ako sa lahat ng conditions ni company huwag lang po ako matanggal, kaso malabo naman po ata na makarating ako sa counseling ko ng agad agad. If I fail their conditions mauuwi po sa termination yung employment ko. Instead na sumugal, I had no choice but to pass my resignation.

FYI: I was positive from random drug-test (marijuana)

Wala po akong karapatan na humingi ng consideration?
