is there really a late on overtime?? even if a private company has a critical working day? help

i mean it was a regular holiday n my shift was 7am to 3pm and then i came late only 6mins.. is there really late in overtime?even if the company has a critical working days?it was regular holiday... but then they gave me a memo... help

First of all hindi po overtime yan. Overtime is when you work for more than 8 hours in one day. In your situation its called holiday pay.
Yes basta pumasok ka later than when your shift starts, late po ang tawag dun. Kahit po anong araw or anong oras.

tama lang po na bigyan kayo ng memo para hindi na po nyo ulitin.

even if the company has a critical working days? - hindi ko po naintindihan kung ano ang nais nyong itanong dito or kung ano ang nais nyong sabihin

elow poh..,, eh kc wala dpat kami work ng holiday dapat..kaya tinawag nah overtime samin kc pina.duty kami ng holiday nah dapt wala.. dapat nga poh kahit ano oras kami papasok basta mkakuha lang kami ng 8hrs...kc rest day dpt nmin yan..

aah., ganun poh bah yan? cge poh salamat sa opinion nyo... Smile

Call center ba yan?

Kung critical workday at meron kayong RDOT schedule, dapat pumasok pa rin sa tamang oras, at kung late, merong kaukulang pananagutan ang empleyado.

Ano ang uri ng trabaho ninyo na pwedeng pumasok ng kahit anong oras basta makapasok ng 8 oras? Paano na kung ang normal na pasok ay 9a-6p at pumasok ka ng 4p? Itutuloy mo pa rin ba ang pasok mo hanggang 12mn para makabuo ng 8 hrs?
