1. company has no grace period?
2. company deduct 30minutes salary for 15minutes late, 1 hr salary for 30mins late and half day salary for 1 hr late.?
3. aside from that,
company create a policy of: 3 consecutive late during the month
verbal warning for 1st offense
1 day salary deduct for 2nd offense
2 days salary deduct for 3rd offese
this penalty is impose together with regular late deduction.
if this is illegal, can anyone send me where in our labor code can this be clarified to the HR?
