our company is implementing a new policy.

All employees come to office late more than 4 times per month or later than 9:00am shall be considered as half day vacation leave; if there’s no available leave, then it will be a salary deduction

is it lawful po ba?

walang standard. ang normal is 1 min late then its late. if seconds lang pwede ka pang makipagtalo.
