Hi. I worked for a banks for 9 yrs already. I had incurred 3 separate violations and was given termination as sanction. I have already consulted our union regarding and was told that they'll be appealing for resignation instead, for me to be able to receive my benefits and to have my name cleared from being blacklisted since no monetary lost was incurred by the bank. I have also been advised having a hearing this coming 29th of november for my appeal. I also learned that a lot of cases were given dismissal verdict by the mgt, which surprised our union dept. I want to ask for advise on what should I say during the hearing to help me lighten my case.thank you and i will appreciate your advices

All you need to do is to answer their questions and present your evidence/s to support your defense.
