How to Compute the 13th Month Pay?
All rank and file employees regardless of their designation or employment status who have worked at least one month during the calendar year are entitled to a 13th month pay.
The 13th month pay shall be in the amount not less than 1/12 of the total basic salary earned by the employee within the Calendar day.
Example: Let say an employee basic salary is Php15,000 per month and had worked for 10 months, the 13th month computation is:
(Php15,000 X 10 months) / 12= Php12,500.00
How to Compute the 13th Month Pay?

This is also subject to the computation of the work rendered by the employee less absences.

hello po... di po ba ang minimum ngayun sa ncr ay 481.. basic salar
and 10.00 sa ecola... ask ko lng po kun kasama yun ecola at sk yun mga holidays sa pagcompute ng 13th month????
example total basic is 137,566.00 and ecola total is 2,860.00 and 7 holiday pay3,437.00 (ang holiday pay po ba ay kasama ang ecola o basic lan???)
pano po comp ng 13th month??? alin po dto ang tama
A. add up yun 3 then divided by 12
B. yun basic pay lng na 137.566.00 divide by 12
c. basic plus ecola then divide by 12

hindi po kasama ang Ecola sa 13th month pay..
hindi din po kasama yung mga araw na hindi kayo pumasok..

If the sick leave is paid, then yes, it is part of the computation
