im not a lawyer nor counselor but i have read a case decided by supreme court upheld the decision of ca and rtc in finding the accused liable for bigamy where a husband converted to Muslim and got subsequent Muslim marriage while his previous marriage solemnized under christian faith is subsisting. The court laid down guidelines regarding this situation. I forgot the citation.
