Pa advice.po sir... Na terminate po ako s work dahil po s pag aabsent ko po.... tpos po pinapasulat nila ako ng resignation letter... hindi pa po nla bnigay ang tinarbaho ko po ng sept.15 -30 po.. ano po gagawin ko patulong sir... 1 yr and 7 months na po ako s company..

ano po ba ang gagawin ko sir... susundin ko ba sila na mg pasa ako ng resignation letter??? ang cashbond ko sir makukuha ko pa bah..

Re sa cash bond, meron bang reason why you would ask? Meron bang nagpahiwatig na hindi mo makukuha? Bakit daw?

nong ng absent ako last time sir.. mga july ata yon sir., pina sulat ako ng promise not to absent without no reason... tpos nsundan this oct1 sir ng absent po ako pero hndi ako nka pag sabi s kanila kasi nwala ang celpon ko knagabihan. kaya sir pag duty ko ng oct3 hndi na nla ako pina duty kasi terminate ndaw ako.. pinagawa nla ako ng resignation letter..dpat mgasahod kami kahapin sir wla akong sahod nataggap.

ganito kasi yon sir... nung Aug2016 sir.. nakasagi ako ng sasakyan habang on duty po kami sir.. tapos sir yong damage na hiningi ng nasagian ko sir is 14k po tpos sir wla po ako kakayahang mgabayad nun sir kasi 3k lang po ang sahod ko.. ang nasa isip ko sir baka hindi nla ibigay yong sahod ko at cashbond kasi dun sa nasagi ko sir. at yong nasagi ko sir wlang police report kasi hndi ngpa police report ayong nasagian ko.sabi kasi mag areglo lang kame tapos ang hiningi na damage is 14k amg liit lng nman ng damage.

sa amin ipina cha charge lahat ng pangyayari jan s company namin sir kahit hindi namin kasalanan.. Courier po kasi kami sir... wala pang overtime almost everyday 9-10 pm na kami nakaka uwi..dapat hangang 6pm lng kami..wlang overtime pay..

opo sir part ng duty po pauwi na kami nun galing deliver po.. may damage po tong company vehicle pero ang liit lang sir.. wla akong pinirmahan sir pero kna bukasan pnatawag ako s baranngay ng nasagian ko sir at doun po ako pina perma ng damages po kasi tinakot nla ako sir na kng hndi ako pepirma ay matatanggal ako s work tpos po sabi nla ang kompanya daw ang mgbabayad ng damage.. pero pag ganun sir sa akin parin e cha charge ng company yon...

yes, ang problema yung pinirmahan mo malamang inaamin mo na ikaw ang may fault. Kaya sayo talaga i-charge ng company yun.

Walang insurance yung company vehicle?

may insurance nga sir pero sabi ng nasagian ko sir mag uusap nlang daw kami ng kami2 lang.. hindi na ngpa police report sir... s barangay ako nka pirma sir about s damage na 14k na hinihingi ng nasagian ko po.. dalawa kasi kami nyan sir ang ngpirma.. ang isa nag resigned na so burden ko po lahat

So for this incident of not reporting for work, hindi ka binigyan ng NTE at pinag explain?  Baka pwede ka mag file ng complaint dahil hindi dumaan sa process yung pag terminate sayo

basta last time nag absent po akl sir pina sulat po ako ng letter na ngsasabi ng HINDI NA PO AKO AABSENT NG WALANG MABIGAT NA DAHILAN . yon lang po. then pag ka absent ko this oct1 saturday yon.. pag punta ko ng monday s office hindi na po ako pina duty kasi po terminate na po daw ako sabi ng area manager po namin. at ang sabi mag pasa raw po ako ng resignation letter po... dapat po ba akong magpasa po ba ang ng resignation sir, na sila man ang ngpa alis sa akin.??tanong ko lang po

try mo sa nlrc. Baka sakaling pag pinagsama yung cash bond, last salary mo at yung danyos na makuha mo sa complaint lumagpas ng 14k.

Tawag ka sa 1349, eto yung DOLE hotline. Sila mag assist sayo sa process
