Hi, I just want to ask na may karapatan ba ang mga ahente na mag dispute regarding sa incentives ng company. Naka hold po ang incentives ng mga agents due to issues sa company. We've been waiting for our incentives/bonus since June. Yesterday Sept 23, nag update ang payroll ng payslip for incentives but hindi nila deneposit ang pera. May laban po ba kami para makuha ang pera? Thanks po.

Ayun lang hindi po naka indicate sa contract namin for incentives. Client lang po ang nag pprovide ng incentives plan for the agents.
