Greetings!

Our merchandisers are assigned to a certain Mall. The said Mall is not allowing our employees (merchandisers) to attend our meetings. What are our rights being violated and what action should we take to address this issue?

i recommend you negotiate with the mall regarding scheduling with those meetings so no one is inconvenienced. if not, you should be prepared for the mall to dump your products.
