Hi,
Im the petitioner and the decision of my annulment case has been granted last June 2, 2016. All return cards was returned to the RTC (Dasma Cavite Branch 90). The Decree of Finality was already issued but at the moment there is no judge to sign on the certificate of authenticity (former judge has retired). The job of my lawyer has been completed as per our agreement. My question, how can I proceed to the next step? Ive been waiting for 3 months now and still there is no appointed judge. Can you advice me what to do to proceed further. Im planning to get married on January 2017. Can I beat the time?
