hiwalay mpo kme ng asawa ko pero my 1 anak po kme na nka apelido po skn pero hangang ngaun po ay dpa din cia na reregister sa munisipyo po nmen.. pero tloy pa din ang pag sustento kpo sa anak nmen dahil po ng file cia ng RA9262.
my pangyayari po kse na nagka roon cia ng byfriend at my nangyri po sa knla khit na nagsasama pa kme noon, ngkataon nman po na nabuntis cia at ngkaroon po ako ng pagdududa kng skin yun, nung lmbas npo yng baby ay snsbi nman po nla na kamukha ko kya sa birth certificate nia ay surname kpo ang gamit dahil na din legally kasal po kme.. pwede kpa pba iurong ang pag recognized sa bata? dahil hangang ngaun pa nman po ay dpa cia napapa rehistro sa munisipyo po nmen?

bali 1 year and 2 months npo yng baby at dpa din po nreregister. pero naka apelido po yung bata sakin at ni recognized ko din po siya sa pagpirma ko sa birth certificate.

Ang aking problema naman po yung bata po ay 12 yrs old na ,2 yrs old(girl) sya ng magsama kmi ng nanay nya, ng ipanganak sya yung tatay(married w/ kids) po ang nakapirma sa birth certificate.panu po ba maisasalin sa aking apelyido ang bata,till now d pa alam ng bata ang real father nya but we will tell her at the right time.Salamat po..GOD BLESS

peterpan, the law prohibits it. there is no immediatel legal remedy for your problem, except when the husband dies or the marriage is annulled, then you marry the mother and adopt the child.

alam kpo atty kung kailan pinanganak yung bata po, pero after 2 months po nagkahiwalay na kame nung mother at akala ko po ay naprehistro na nung ex wife ko po.. ngaun ko lang nalaman na di pa pala npaparehistro nung hiramin ko po yung birth certificate nung bata para po sa pagpapa binyag.

Ikinasal po cla na peke ang birth cert ng babae kasi wala pa pong 18 yrs old at walang consent kaya gumawa po ng fake na birt cert. Nagkaanak po cla at nagkahiwalay din pagkatapos ng 2 taon. Yung anak po nasa pangangalaga ng lola sa part ng lalake. Wala na po clang communication hanggang ngayon nung babae. Almost 10 years na po clang no communication. pasensya na po... ayon po sa kaibigan ko nung kinasal sila walang pinakitang birth cert. kasi kilala nila yung judge na nagkasal sa kanila 12 years ago. Sakali pong meron totoong birth cert galing nso, di po kasi matiyak kung meron kasi wala na pong communication cla, valid po ba ang marriage? Salamat po.

he can request the birth certificate of his wife from the NSO. if it shows she was below 18 at the time of the marriage then there is valid basis to file a petition for declaration of nullity.
