Hello!

Ang name po kasi ng father ko ay Robert(based sa kanyang birth certificate), pero ang ni-register nya sa birth certificate namin ng kapatid ko ay "Rolando".

Nag aapply po kasi kami for Visa to Canada, kaso ung birthcertificate requirement ay hindi nag match.

Kailangan po ba na baguhin ung nasa birth certificate namin ng kapatid ko, or pwede na humingi nlng kami ng notarized document na nagsasaad na ang "Robert" at "Rolando" ay iisang tao lamang?

Ano po ang best solution? Thanks!
