si ms. ganda ng accounting is saying cut off period is every 10th to 25th day of the month for the salary period of 15th and 30th day of the month.
ms.ganda's calculation for the salary ni mr.pogi for the 30th day of the month is only 766/day lng multiply by 5 from his first day (20th up to 25th day)
ms.ganda's formula is 365 (days/year) minus 52 (weeks/year) = 313
240,000 (gross/year) divided 313 (kuno) = 766/day.
parang may mali dito? if the actual days of work for that cut off period from 10th to 25th day of the month is 12 days?? therefor? dapat 833.33/day ang asumption dito sa rate ni mr. pogi diba?
