Isang magandang araw sau atty.
Consult ko lng po yong contract ko with my new employer. Contarctual lng po ako sa kompanyang ito for 5 mos. with a monthly salary. After 5 mos nerenew nila ako for another three mos but ung salary stated dun is daily which is different from my first contract. Tanong ko lng po atty is it right po na baguhin ang aking salary in my extended stay? Malaki din kasi difference nila parang wala ng bayad ung rest day ko and special holidays.
