im a regular employee and for 6 years my monthly salary is fixed to 6, 500 (Php 250/ day, and day -off is not paid.) i dont know how it was computed. recently the management changed its pay policy. they told us that daily paid computation will be applied but our monthly rate will be the same.
their computation is:
(6500 x 12 months)/ 314 days = 248.40
my Daily rate is =P248.40
now, from April 1-15, 2012, i got 3 rest days (no absent) how will my salary be computed?
